Domain Registration Terms

1. Availability and registration

A search result is informational and does not reserve a domain. Registration is complete only after payment verification, successful submission and confirmation by the applicable registrar or registry.

2. Accurate registrant details

You must provide accurate registrant and contact information and keep it updated. Registrars or registries may require email verification, identity evidence or additional documents. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension or cancellation.

3. Registry and registrar rules

Every domain is subject to the policies of its registry, registrar, ICANN where applicable, and relevant law. By ordering, you authorize Buraq Host and its suppliers, including Resell.biz where applicable, to submit and administer the registration on your behalf.

4. Renewals, expiry and restoration

You are responsible for renewal before expiry. Expired domains may stop working, enter grace or redemption periods, incur additional charges, be auctioned, deleted or registered by another party. Recovery is not guaranteed.

5. Transfers and disputes

Transfers depend on eligibility, authorization codes, contact verification and registry restrictions. Domain disputes, trademark claims and ownership conflicts are handled under applicable registry, registrar and dispute-resolution rules.

6. No refunds

All domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoration and associated registry charges are non-refundable once submitted.
