Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By accessing this website, opening an account or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate, current information.

2. Services and orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance, domain registration or activation. Domain availability can change until registration is completed. Hosting activation may remain pending until payment and customer information are verified. We may reject or cancel an order affected by fraud, pricing error, technical failure, sanctions, prohibited use or supplier restrictions.

3. Prices and payments

Prices, currencies, taxes, promotions and renewal charges are shown during ordering or in a quotation. Currency conversion may cause small differences. You are responsible for paying charges by the due date and for any bank, conversion or payment-provider fees.

4. Renewals

You are responsible for renewing services before expiry unless automatic renewal is expressly enabled and successfully charged. Expired domains or hosting may be suspended, deleted or subject to restoration fees. We cannot guarantee recovery after expiry.

5. Customer responsibilities

You must safeguard account credentials, maintain current contact information, keep independent backups, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, and use services lawfully. You are responsible for content and activity under your account.

6. Availability and support

We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, supplier outages, attacks and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Support response and resolution times are estimates unless a separate service-level agreement applies.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, security risk, abusive or illegal activity, material breach, false information or a binding request from a competent authority or upstream provider.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Buraq Host is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, search rankings or third-party service failures. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Changes and contact
