Payment and Verification Policy

1. Available methods

Available checkout methods may include credit or debit card, PayPal, TWINT, MB WAY, bank transfer, JazzCash or another method displayed for the customer. Availability varies by currency and location.

2. Pending verification

An order marked “Pending verification” has been received but is not yet paid or activated. Domain registration and hosting activation occur only after funds and required customer information are successfully verified.

3. Payment references

For manual payments, you must use the provided order reference and submit accurate payment evidence. A screenshot alone does not prove settlement; we may wait for funds to clear or request additional information.

4. Pricing and currency

The confirmed checkout total governs the order. Exchange rates, payment-provider conversions and bank fees may change the amount charged or received. Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected before activation, with the option to cancel the affected order.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first to resolve a payment concern. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension while the dispute is investigated. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Hosting Refund Policy. Domains and related registry charges are non-refundable.
