Hosting Refund Policy

1. Seven-day hosting refund period

You may request cancellation and a refund of an eligible new hosting plan within seven calendar days of its initial activation date. The request must be sent from the account email to info@buraqhost.com before the seven-day period expires.

2. Domains are non-refundable

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoration, privacy, registry and related third-party domain charges are non-refundable. A domain cannot normally be returned after it has been submitted to or registered through the registry.

3. Hosting refund exclusions

The seven-day hosting refund does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, licenses, dedicated services, custom website work, migration work, excessive resource use, accounts suspended for prohibited activity, chargeback-related orders, or third-party fees. A bundled domain or other non-refundable item will be deducted from any eligible hosting refund.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned where reasonably possible through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Currency conversion and transaction charges may not be recoverable.

5. After cancellation

Hosting data may be disabled or deleted when cancellation is processed. Customers must download any required backup before requesting cancellation.
